Return Policy
Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics offers a limited 30-day return policy from date of purchase for items received. Returns without a receipt within 30 days of purchase of purchase will
be issued a store credit. Please note, all product sales are final after 30 days. All Gift Cards sales are FINAL.
To initiate a return -- login to the store and go to your order history. Search for the order containing the item(s) you would like to return, and if they are eligible for return you will see a form below the invoice where you can initiate the process. You can also return item(s) to our Student Clinic located at 300 Wildwood Ave., Woburn, MA.
Your credit card will be credited once we've received and processed your return or refund.
Your credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company's billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.
Ordering/Shipping guidelines for both Product and Gift Card Orders: If you order by 12 noon EST today, your order will ship today.
If you order after 12 noon EST today, your order will ship tomorrow.
If you order on a Friday after 12 noon EST, your order will ship the following Monday.
All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following Monday.
